Push Cart · 7 rounds in my bag

8.5/ 10

The short version

First swing with the Motocaddy M5 GPS and it tracks straight one-handed and folds without a wrestling match. Three hilly rounds and my back felt like I had walked nine, not eighteen. The catch: it takes up more boot space than the folded dimensions suggest.

How it played

I put it in play for 7 rounds and never babied it — wet mornings, baked-out afternoons, the lot. What I keep coming back to is that it tracks straight one-handed and folds without a wrestling match. Where it bit me: it takes up more boot space than the folded dimensions suggest — worth knowing before you spend the money.

How it looks

Tidy frame, no rattles, and it does not look agricultural. I care less about that than how it feels, but it does not hurt.

What won me over

  • the bag straps keep everything still
  • it tracks dead straight one-handed
  • the fold is genuinely one motion

Good to know before you buy

  • it eats boot space when folded
  • the accessories all cost extra

My verdict

8.5/10 from me. If you want to walk without carrying, the Motocaddy M5 GPS earns its spot in the bag. If it eats boot space when folded is a dealbreaker for you, keep looking.
